This commission includes:
Basic Motion for Pre-Layered Objects
Source-Illustration is Layered [Minimal Reconstruction Required]
One Daytime or Nighttime Render
Simple Outside/Window Animations [i.e. simple tree sway, no looping weather effects, no passing traffic, ect.]
Basic Lighting effects.
Standard 1 Minute Loop, no rare animations [i.e. every 3 mins, a train passes by the window, etc.]
Advanced Background Animation - $700+ USD
Advanced Background Animation - $700+ USD
The Advanced Background Animation is for Vtubers who want to jump right in with a highly detailed background with mesmerizing effects and dynamic lighting.
This rig includes:
Advanced Motion for both Pre-Layered Art and Single-Layer Illustrations.
Significant Reconstruction Included
More Complex Animations
More Detailed Outside/Window Animations, including Weather, Clouds, etc.
Complex Lighting and Environmentals [i.e. Dust Particles, Lens-Flares, etc.]
Final Animation in 3 or 5 minute Loop - Rare Animations Possible.
Extras for additional cost:
Day and Night Shade Renders

"What do I need before starting this Commission?"
Before we can begin to animate your background, there are a few things that we will need to have:
Background Illustration - Animating a background with Live2D requires the illustrated scene be broken into "layers" and saved in a .PSD File (Photoshop File) in order for it to be possible to animate any motion into the scene. If you are unsure if your artwork is appropriately layered, I can take a look at your files before we begin to make sure that what you have will work.
*NOTE* If you don't have a layered file for your image, I can still animate your background - just know that the project will likely require considerable "reconstruction" of the illustration.
Animation Outline - Please make a list of all the animations you would like to have in your background. Having a complete list for the commission helps keep the project in scope, and serves as a guide to ensure no animations get left out of the final scene.
Deadlines - Take a moment to think if there is a deadline for you in receiving your Animated Background. In addition to your project, there might be several other commissions that I am also working on at the same time, so it might take as long as 4-6 weeks for you to receive the completed project. That being said, I am often able to accommodate deadlines, I simply need to know about them at the start of a commission.

If you are a minor (under 18 years of age), I can work on your project, but you will need to have your parent or legal guardian handle all messages and communication for you.
I kindly decline to work on scenes that are:
Culturally or Ethnically Insensitive
Gruesome or Generally Disturbing
Adult Themed [eg. S*x Dungeons, Torture Chambers, Hellscapes, etc.]
