Spartan Flash Animate Bug fix for Windows 7 and Windows 8.1

Apparently SFA has a bug about the Sharp Module during starting up GAWN2600 on Windows 7 and Windows 8.1 systems, It also affects Windows 8 but there are no fixes for Windows 8. 

But installing some Hotfixes from the Windows Update or from this Catalog can fix the bug preventing GAWN2600 from Loading on Windows 7 and Windows 8.1.
