Sparrow Educational Consulting, LLC was formed in 2002 to meet the unique educational needs of our clients by providing a personal approach to learning. Our mission is to enable students to meet academic challenges with confidence. We provide individualized instruction for students in grades 8-12, with an emphasis on mathematics. Each tutoring session is planned according to student need, learning style, and specific class requirements. We develop curriculum, contextualized and personalized according to client need.
Sparrow Educational Consulting was founded by Meredith Sparrow Etheridge, who has over 20 years of experience in education and tutoring and is a former Wake County classroom teacher. She received her Bachelor of Arts in Psychology from the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill and earned her Master of Arts in Education from Columbia University.
Meredith has extensive background and knowledge in education as well as the subject matter in which she teaches. She is able to take the confusion out of math, explaining concepts in terms that make sense to students.
