Employer Identification Number
This position is in an independent contractor capacity, and part of the onboarding process for all new instructors includes obtaining an EIN(employer identification number) which is free and only takes 5-10 mins. Please note that having an EIN is a company-based requirement for all 1099 contractors working with SPARK.
SPARK business academy does not withhold any taxes from your paycheck, but sends a 1099 in January summarizing earnings for tax purposes.
