My name is Angela Richardson, and I am a born and raised Wyoming-ite! I hold a Bachelor's Degree in Biology Education and a Master's Degree in Science Education, both from Western Governor's University, and am certified to teach biology (6-12), earth science (6-12) and general middle school science. When I was in 8th grade, I was named "Earth Science Student of the Year," a title I'm still proud of to this day! I love the fields of genetics, geology, evolutionary biology, and paleontology. I think dissections and working with microscopes are the best part of any scientific study! When I'm not working on my educational missions, I enjoy spending time with my husband and two kiddos. My scientific hero is paleontologist, Jack Horner (...and fictional mathematician, Ian Malcolm). Following suit, my favorite book and movie is "Jurassic Park," with "You've Got Mail" being a close second! I hate orange fruits and most green vegetables. I enjoy reading books about the Tudor dynasty, vampire mythologies, and the Holocaust, as well as reading through the newest scientific textbooks. I think "House, M.D.", "The Big Bang Theory," and "Boy Meets World" are the best tevision shows ever, though I am guilty of enjoying "My Little Pony" with my daughter! My motto: Everything is better with chocolate (and an ice cold Coke from McDonald's)!
