Hello and welcome to SparkHeArt!

I'm Olivia Arriaga, a visual designer, licensed art educator, and state-certified juror based in San Antonio, Texas. Holding a Master of Arts in Visual Design and Communication from Liberty University, my work is driven by a deep love for both creating art and teaching about it. Making art is one of the ways I continue to learn, grow, and challenge myself.

SparkHeArt was born from a desire to bridge my formal design background with the hands-on experience of running a creative business. As an educator who champions scaffolded studio instruction and the Teaching for Artistic Behavior framework, I guide students in exploring their own artistic paths. I believe it's essential to experience firsthand the lessons, challenges, and rewards that come with sharing creative work with the world. Every new painting, pattern, digital illustration, or design is an opportunity to improve and deepen my own understanding of the creative process.

My shop is for anyone who appreciates creativity, lifelong learning, and meaningful design. Whether you're decorating your space, searching for inspiration, or supporting an independent artist, I hope my work brings a little more beauty, curiosity, and creativity into your day.

Thank you for supporting my journey and being part of it.

– Olivia
