Aishrod ("we," "our," or "us") operates the Spark mobile application (the "App"). We are committed to protecting your privacy. This Privacy Policy describes how we collect, use, and disclose your information when you use our App.

To provide a synchronized, real-time multiplayer experience and secure authentication, we collect the following types of information:

• Authentication Data:

  • Google Sign-In: If you choose to log in using Google, we retrieve your Google account identifier, name, email address, and profile picture to create your profile.

  • Anonymous Guest Auth: If you choose "Continue as Guest," we generate a temporary, unique anonymous user ID to facilitate gameplay. No personal information is associated with this ID.

• Gameplay Data:

  • To sync games between you and your partner, we store room codes, participant names, selected categories, answers to questions, and reaction emojis in our Firebase Realtime Database.

  • 24-Hour Pruning: All gameplay room data (including answers and room codes) is automatically deleted from our servers 24 hours after room creation.

• Device & Usage Information: We collect device-specific information (such as operating system version and unique device identifiers) through third-party services to optimize performance and serve ads.

2. Third-Party Services We Use

We utilize reliable third-party service providers to power key features of the App. These services collect and process data in accordance with their own privacy policies:

• Firebase (Google LLC): Used for user authentication (Firebase Auth) and real-time synchronization of gameplay rooms (Realtime Database).

• Google AdMob (Google LLC): Used to serve banner, interstitial, and rewarded ads to support the App. AdMob may collect and use device identifiers (like the Android Advertising ID or iOS IDFA) to personalize or measure ads.

3. How We Protect Your Data

• Security Rules: We employ strict server-side database security rules. Players can only write to their own designated answer/reaction slots, preventing third parties from modifying or accessing your personal responses.

• Encryption: All communication between the App and Firebase servers is encrypted using Secure Socket Layer (SSL/HTTPS) technology.

4. Children's Privacy

Our App is not intended for use by children under the age of 13. The App includes an age-gated "Spicy 18+" category designed strictly for adult audiences. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If you believe we have accidentally collected data from a child under 13, please contact us immediately so we can remove it.

5. Your Rights & Data Deletion

• In-App Reset: You can log out of the App at any time via the settings panel, which will reset your local profile data.

• Firebase Deletion: Because rooms expire and prune automatically every 24 hours, your gameplay answers are completely deleted from our database automatically.
