When will I get paid?
Pay Schedule:
All payments are processed the last weekend of each month for the classes that were taught during that month. For camps, payment for each weekly program is processed on Friday of the week following the conclusion of the camp. Please allow up to three business days to see the payment in your bank account. If you do not receive an email from Quickbooks by Wednesday (5pm EST) after payroll was processed, please inform your Regional Manager so they can inquire with payroll.

Where can I go to see my class schedule and materials?
Please log into CMS/Instructor Portal and you will be able to see your assigned classes, dates, and materials. Use the three buttons on the right-hand side to navigate the portal (calendar, schedule, and profile).

What happens if I am late to my class or need a sub?
Please contact your Regional Manager.
Where do I find the curriculum for classes?
Once you are assigned to a program in the portal, please click on Calendar on the left-hand side, click on your class in the calendar, scroll to the bottom, and you will see the link to materials.
You can also ask your Regional Manager for a link to the curriculum folder via email.
I have an upcoming in-person program. When can I expect to receive materials?
Tiffany typically orders materials 7-10 days ahead of your program. You should receive packets and other class materials the week before your program. Please contact her no later than the Thursday before your program if you still haven’t received them. She can be emailed at: tiffany.marbell@sparkbusinessacademy.com.
What do I do if I feel unprepared to teach a class?
No stress! We are happy to help. Please reach out to your Regional Manager for the training session recording. They can also coordinate a time to connect you to a Master Instructor to review the curriculum ahead of a program.
I want to teach more programs! Who should I contact?
Please reach out to your Regional Manager (see Points of Contacts tab) as they will manage the staffing efforts in your area!
I have a great friend who could work for SPARK. How do I connect them with the SPARK team?

Where can I submit a referral?
Please note that your referrals are highly encouraged. You are eligible for a $100 bonus per referral if that person is hired and successfully teaches a camp meeting our minimum performance standards described above. The referral bonus for assistants will be $50. Some of our greatest instructors have come from your referrals.
