최신 유행만을 따르거나, 실무와는 거리가 먼 논문만을 위한 연구를 지양합니다. 본질적(fundamental)인 지식 습득을 추구하고, 산업계와 학계에서 경쟁력 있는 전문 인재로 성장하는 것을 목표로 합니다.

[2025.08] Aulya Sholehah Wataawa Sau (M.S. candidate)'s paper, "Phase Manipulation VCO Employing Current Harmonic Cancellation Achieving 5 dB Phase Noise Reduction at 1/f^3 Region", is accepted and will be presented at APCCAS 2025. Congrats to Aulya!
[2025.08] Two papers from our group is accepted to ASSCC 2025, one of the premiere solid-state circuits conference. The papers (see the details below) are the representative outcome of our completed projects "Development of Cryogenic CMOS Interconnect Electronics for Large-Scale and Reliable Quantum Computer" (한국연구재단, 기초연구실) and "0.2-1GHz Wide-area Transceiver SoC Achieving Sub-10uW Wake-up Receive Mode" (민군협력진흥원, 민군겸용기술개발사업).
[2025.08] Hyeon-Sik Ahn (Ph.D. candidate)'s paper, "A 4-to-7GHz, 52.3dB SFDR, and 48K Noise Temperature Cryo-CMOS Based Noise-Canceling Receiver for Superconducting Multi-Qubits Read-Out", is accepted and will be presented at ASSCC 2025. Congrats to Hyeon-Sik!
[2025.08] Dinh Thinh Tran (Ph.D. candidate)'s paper, "Multi-Band LPWAN Transceiver with Two-Step Wake-Up Receiver and Switched-Capacitor PA-Based Transmitter Achieving -125 dBm Sensitivity, 6.7 μW at 1 s Wake-Up Latency, and 1 Mbps BFSK Modulation", is accepted and will be presented at ASSCC 2025. [2025.05] Our joint research work with Prof. Cho at SKKU will be presented at ESSERC 2025 ("A 9-72V Input to 1-2.2V Output Single-Inductor Multi-Path Multi-Stage Hybrid DC-DC Converter Achieving 87.8% Peak Efficiency with 110m-Ohms DCR Inductor").
