We worked with Spafford’s Construction on an addition to our home. Their attention to detail is evident by the fact that it blends seamlessly with the existing structure, making the addition look like it has always been a part of our home. The work was performed with as little disruption to us as possible, and the work area was clean of dust and material at the end of each day. Everyone we encountered was respectful not only of us as clients, but of each other as professionals. We were kept informed about the process, the schedule, the work to be performed, and who would be at our home on any given day. The work is impeccable, and they even corrected improperly performed work done by our original builder. We would recommend them to anyone with complete confidence.

Eric and his crews were fabulous! Very open and responsive with their communication. Work ethic and concern about quality were superb. I could not be happier with their work and end result. I especially appreciated their "Can DO" attitude. Any of my future jobs will be with them. I had them remove an old screen room and make it into a Florida room full of windows, new roof material keeps that room cool, Love it, more importantly, my wife loves it!!. So happy with the add on, I had a good feeling about Spaffords from the first time we talk, Eric is very professional and his whole crew is as awesome as he is. They made this whole process so smooth, great communication, very honest & polite. Thank you so much for all the people that worked on this project! I had Spaffords remodel my bathroom. They tore out the tub and replaced it with a walk-in shower so it would be safer for me. Every person that worked on it was top notch. They did an excellent job and they were all very kind and easy to work with. I recommend them wholeheartedly.

Spaffords Construction is outstanding. In every discipline. From Eric, to his office manager and all 5 of his craftsmen. Eric is a man of his word. He strives for a 5-star rating and his company certainly deserves it. He was straight up on how long it would take for the products to arrive, to installation being done within 5-7 days of product pickup. Sherri the office manager was fantastic as well in coordinating the needed paperwork. And the guys . . . . Fantastic! I told Eric what are the odds that you could have 5 great workers who are professional, highly knowledgeable, and gentlemen as well! They provide quality workmanship, quality products. And they are very timely and very communicative on when they will arrive the following work day and also in explaining the process. We had a total of 15 windows, 1 door, and 1 slider installed. I am "over the moon" with the final result. I love our rooms! I am over the moon with this company. They are all a class act, from Eric, to his office manager to all of his crew!
