Assistive technologies are tools utilized by people with disabilities to enhance and maintain full functionally of websites.
Many tools that we use on a daily basis are considered assistive technologies such as eyeglasses.
SOME OF THESE TECHNOLOGIES INCLUDE:
Screen magnification software: this software enlarges anything in a screen making it easier to see things in it.
Text reader software: this software read any text aloud.
Dictation software: this is a speech-to-text software that writes out anything that is said through a microphone.
