Welcome to AI SpaceMood, hereinafter referred to as “the App,” “we,” “us,” or “our.”
These Terms of Use govern your access to and use of the App, including AI-powered home design features, image generation services, subscriptions, one-time unlock features, and related services.
By downloading, accessing, purchasing, subscribing to, or using the App, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Use. If you do not agree to these Terms, please do not use the App.
1. Eligibility
You must be at least 13 years old, or the minimum legal age required in your jurisdiction, to use the App.
If you are under the age of majority in your jurisdiction, you may use the App only with the permission and supervision of a parent or legal guardian.
By using the App, you represent that you meet these eligibility requirements.
2. License to Use the App
Subject to your compliance with these Terms, we grant you a limited, personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, non-sublicensable, revocable license to use the App for personal and lawful purposes.
This license allows you to:
- Upload room photos or related images.
- Generate AI-powered home, room, interior, layout, style, or decoration design results.
- View, save, and manage generated designs.
- Access free, premium, subscription-based, or one-time unlock features where available.
- Manage your account and purchase status.
You may not copy, modify, distribute, sell, lease, reverse engineer, decompile, or attempt to extract the source code of the App, except where permitted by applicable law.
3. AI-Generated Content Disclaimer
The App uses artificial intelligence technologies to generate design suggestions based on user-uploaded content, selected styles, prompts, and preferences.
You acknowledge and agree that:
- AI-generated designs are provided for inspiration, visualization, and reference purposes only.
- Generated results may be inaccurate, incomplete, unrealistic, or unsuitable for your actual space.
- The App does not provide architectural, engineering, construction, renovation, safety, electrical, plumbing, structural, or professional design advice.
- You should not rely solely on AI-generated results for real-world construction, renovation, safety, structural, or financial decisions.
- You should consult qualified professionals before implementing any design suggestions in a real physical space.
We do not guarantee that generated designs will meet your expectations, fit your actual room dimensions, comply with local laws, or be suitable for any particular purpose.
4. User Content and Uploaded Images
You may upload photos, images, prompts, preferences, or other content to use the App’s features.
You represent and warrant that:
- You own or have the necessary rights, permissions, or consent to upload and process such content.
- Your uploaded content does not violate any third-party rights, including intellectual property rights, privacy rights, publicity rights, or contractual rights.
- Your uploaded content does not contain illegal, harmful, abusive, sexually explicit, hateful, discriminatory, or otherwise prohibited material.
- Your uploaded content does not include sensitive personal information that you do not intend to share.
You retain ownership of your uploaded content. However, by uploading content to the App, you grant us a limited license to process, store, transmit, display, and use such content solely as necessary to provide and improve the App’s services, including AI design generation and related functionality, in accordance with our Privacy Policy.
5. Prohibited Uses
You agree not to use the App to upload, generate, distribute, or process content that:
- Violates any applicable law, regulation, or third-party right.
- Infringes intellectual property rights, privacy rights, or publicity rights.
- Contains sexual exploitation, explicit sexual content, or content involving minors.
- Promotes hate, harassment, discrimination, violence, self-harm, or illegal activity.
- Contains malware, viruses, harmful code, or attempts to disrupt the App.
- Attempts to bypass payment, subscription, access control, security, or usage limits.
- Attempts to reverse engineer, scrape, copy, resell, or misuse the App or generated outputs.
- Misrepresents AI-generated content as professional advice or certified design work.
- Uses the App for unlawful commercial activities, spam, fraud, or abusive behavior.
We reserve the right to block, remove, restrict, suspend, or terminate access to content or accounts that violate these Terms or applicable law.
6. Free and Paid Features
The App may offer both free and paid features. Some features may require a subscription, one-time purchase, or other paid access.
Paid features may include, but are not limited to:
- Premium AI design generations.
- Additional design styles or templates.
- Higher usage limits.
- Unlocking specific results or features.
- Removal of limitations.
- Access to advanced AI-powered functions.
The availability, scope, pricing, and limitations of free or paid features may vary by region, version, platform, promotion, or product configuration.
We may modify, add, remove, limit, or discontinue features from time to time, subject to applicable law and App Store policies.
7. Subscriptions and In-App Purchases
The App offers paid products through Apple’s In-App Purchase system, including:
- Weekly Subscription: USD 9.99 per week
- Yearly Subscription: USD 39.99 per year
- One-Time Unlock: USD 0.99
Actual prices may vary depending on your country or region, local currency, taxes, exchange rates, App Store pricing tiers, promotional offers, or Apple policies.
All payments are processed by Apple through your Apple ID account. We do not directly collect or store your full payment card number, banking information, or other complete payment credentials.
8. Auto-Renewable Subscriptions
If you purchase an auto-renewable subscription:
- Payment will be charged to your Apple ID account at confirmation of purchase.
- The subscription automatically renews unless auto-renewal is turned off at least 24 hours before the end of the current subscription period.
- Your account will be charged for renewal within 24 hours before the end of the current period.
- You can manage or cancel your subscription in your Apple ID account settings after purchase.
- Deleting the App does not automatically cancel your subscription.
- Canceling a subscription stops future renewal but does not automatically refund the current subscription period.
- Any unused portion of a free trial period, if offered, may be forfeited when you purchase a subscription, where permitted by Apple policy.

or follow Apple’s subscription management instructions.
9. One-Time Unlock
The App may offer a one-time unlock product priced at USD 0.99.
A one-time unlock may grant access to specific features, content, design results, usage rights, or limited premium functionality as described in the App at the time of purchase.
Unless otherwise stated in the App, one-time unlocks are non-subscription purchases and do not automatically renew.
The exact scope of the unlocked feature will be displayed before purchase.
10. Purchase Restoration
If supported by Apple and applicable to your purchase, the App may provide a “Restore Purchases” function to help restore eligible subscriptions or previous purchases associated with your Apple ID.
You are responsible for using the same Apple ID originally used for the purchase when attempting to restore access.
Some purchases, promotional offers, expired subscriptions, refunded transactions, revoked transactions, or platform-limited purchases may not be restorable depending on Apple’s policies and technical limitations.
11. Refunds and Billing Issues
All purchases, billing, cancellations, and refund requests are handled by Apple according to Apple’s App Store policies.
We do not control Apple’s billing system and cannot directly issue App Store refunds.

We may provide reasonable assistance for purchase verification or support inquiries, but final refund decisions are made by Apple.
12. Account Registration and Security
Some features may require account registration or login.
You are responsible for:
- Providing accurate and current account information.
- Maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials.
- All activities that occur under your account.
- Promptly notifying us of unauthorized access or security issues.
We are not responsible for losses caused by your failure to protect your account credentials.
13. Intellectual Property
The App, including its software, interface, design, logos, trademarks, text, graphics, features, AI workflows, and related materials, is owned by us or our licensors and is protected by intellectual property laws.
Except for the limited license granted under these Terms, no rights are transferred to you.
You may not use our name, logo, branding, or proprietary materials without prior written permission.
14. Generated Outputs
Subject to your compliance with these Terms and applicable law, you may use AI-generated design outputs for personal purposes.
However, you understand that:
- Similar or identical outputs may be generated for other users.
- We do not guarantee that generated outputs are unique, original, copyrightable, or free from third-party claims.
- You are responsible for determining whether your use of generated outputs is lawful and appropriate.
- You should not use generated outputs in a way that infringes third-party rights or violates applicable law.
If you intend to use generated outputs for commercial, professional, architectural, advertising, or public-facing purposes, you are responsible for obtaining any necessary legal, professional, or third-party clearances.
15. Privacy
Your use of the App is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which explains how we collect, use, store, and protect your information.
Please review our Privacy Policy carefully before using the App.
If you do not agree with our Privacy Policy, please stop using the App.
16. Third-Party Services
The App may rely on third-party services, including but not limited to:
- Apple App Store and In-App Purchase services.
- Cloud hosting providers.
- AI model providers.
- Analytics and crash reporting tools.
- Authentication providers.
- Customer support tools.
Third-party services may be subject to their own terms and privacy policies. We are not responsible for third-party services, policies, content, or practices.
17. Service Availability and Changes
We strive to provide stable and reliable services, but we do not guarantee that the App will always be available, uninterrupted, error-free, secure, or compatible with every device or operating system.
We may modify, suspend, restrict, or discontinue any part of the App at any time, including free or paid features, where permitted by law and App Store policies.
We may also impose usage limits to protect service stability, prevent abuse, manage costs, or comply with technical requirements.
18. Disclaimer of Warranties
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, the App and all related services are provided on an “AS IS” and “AS AVAILABLE” basis.
We make no warranties, express or implied, regarding:
- Accuracy, reliability, or completeness of AI-generated designs.
- Fitness for a particular purpose.
- Merchantability.
- Non-infringement.
- Availability or uninterrupted operation.
- Compatibility with your device or expectations.
- Suitability for construction, renovation, safety, or professional design decisions.
Your use of the App is at your own risk.
19. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, we shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, including but not limited to:
- Loss of data.
- Loss of profits.
- Loss of business opportunities.
- Device damage.
- Renovation or construction costs.
- Design implementation losses.
- Reliance on AI-generated suggestions.
- Service interruption.
- Unauthorized access or security incidents beyond our reasonable control.
In no event shall our total liability exceed the amount you paid to use the App during the twelve months before the claim arose, or the minimum amount required by applicable law.
Some jurisdictions do not allow certain limitations of liability, so some limitations may not apply to you.
20. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless us, our affiliates, employees, contractors, service providers, and partners from any claims, losses, liabilities, damages, costs, or expenses arising from:
- Your use or misuse of the App.
- Your uploaded content.
- Your violation of these Terms.
- Your violation of applicable laws or third-party rights.
- Your implementation or use of AI-generated design results.
21. Termination
We may suspend or terminate your access to the App if:
- You violate these Terms.
- You misuse the App or attempt to bypass payment or security controls.
- Your content violates applicable law or third-party rights.
- Continued access may create legal, security, technical, or operational risk.
- Required by law, regulation, court order, or platform policy.
You may stop using the App at any time.
Termination does not automatically cancel your Apple subscription. You must manage or cancel subscriptions through your Apple ID account settings.
22. Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time.
If we make material changes, we may notify you by appropriate means, such as in-App notice, App Store update notes, website notice, or other reasonable methods.
The updated Terms will indicate the effective date. Your continued use of the App after the updated Terms become effective means that you accept the revised Terms.
If you do not agree to the updated Terms, you should stop using the App.
23. Governing Law
These Terms shall be governed by the laws applicable in the jurisdiction where we operate, without regard to conflict of law principles, unless otherwise required by mandatory consumer protection laws in your jurisdiction.
Nothing in these Terms limits any rights you may have under applicable consumer protection laws.
