This privacy policy governs the Space Guard mobile application and all associated services operated by Jinyi (jointly referred to as the “Application”). Within this document, Jinyi shall be known as the “Service Provider”.
The Application gathers data when you download and utilise it. Collected information may include:
Your device Internet Protocol (IP) address
Which sections of the Application you access, alongside access timestamps and the length of time spent on such pages
Total duration you spend using the Application
Your mobile operating system version
The Application and integrated third-party SDKs may employ cookies, software development kits, tracking pixels and comparable technologies to enable core features, conduct usage analytics and deliver services. The Service Provider will secure your consent prior to deploying non-essential tracking technologies where local legislation mandates this requirement.
You are entitled to submit requests to access, amend or erase personal data held by the Service Provider. If you wish to exercise these rights, or revoke consent for any data processing reliant on your approval, reach out to the Service Provider via sadroglalzeqo4658@gmail.com.
If you are a resident of California, you hold the rights to learn what personal data we collect, request deletion of your personal data, opt out of any sale or sharing of your personal information, and freedom from unfair discrimination when exercising these privacy rights. Submit requests related to CCPA/CPRA by emailing sadroglalzeqo4658@gmail.com.
The Service Provider may use your submitted information to deliver critical updates and official notifications. Marketing communications will only be sent when permitted by relevant legislation.
To optimise your experience within the Application, the Service Provider may ask you to supply certain personally identifiable information. All requested data will be stored and processed strictly in accordance with the terms laid out in this privacy policy.
Only aggregated, anonymised datasets are occasionally shared with external parties to help the Service Provider improve the Application and related offerings. Any further disclosure of your information to third parties will follow the rules defined within this privacy notice.
The Service Provider and its third-party service partners may transfer personal data to territories outside your country of residence, including locations beyond the European Economic Area (EEA). When applicable laws demand safeguards for international data transfers, the Service Provider will adopt valid compliance mechanisms including:
Standard Contractual Clauses (SCCs) formally approved by the European Commission
Official adequacy rulings or other legally recognised transfer frameworks
Your explicit consent, where applicable and legally permissible
Data protection regulations vary between jurisdictions. The Service Provider will implement suitable protective measures and obtain required consent for cross-border transfers whenever legal obligations apply.
Please be advised that the Application integrates third-party services that maintain their own independent privacy policies governing data handling. The privacy policy link for our integrated third-party provider is listed below:
The Service Provider may disclose user-submitted and automatically captured information under the following circumstances:
When legally obligated, for instance to comply with court subpoenas or equivalent formal legal orders
When acting in good faith to defend its legal interests, protect your safety or the safety of other individuals, investigate fraudulent activity, or respond to official government inquiries
To trusted partner service providers operating on our behalf. These partners are prohibited from independently utilising shared data and must abide by the rules outlined in this privacy policy.
You can halt ongoing data collection from your mobile device by uninstalling the Application. Uninstallation prevents the Application from gathering new data from your device, yet it does not automatically remove data previously transmitted to the Service Provider or external third parties.
Send requests for personal data deletion, consent revocation, or any privacy right exercise to sadroglalzeqo4658@gmail.com.
The Service Provider retains personal data only for as long as necessary to fulfil specified processing purposes:
User-provided data: Stored throughout your usage of the Application, plus an additional 12 months afterwards, unless extended retention is required by law
Automatically collected data: Preserved for a maximum of 24 months from collection date, unless legal compliance requires a longer retention period
Aggregated and anonymised data: May be retained indefinitely, as such data can no longer identify individual users
Data required for legal compliance: Retained for the full duration stipulated by applicable laws
You may submit a deletion request for your personal data, subject to any mandatory legal retention obligations. If you require the Service Provider to erase user-submitted data sent via the Application, contact us at sadroglalzeqo4658@gmail.com. Kindly note that certain user-provided data may be essential to maintain basic Application functionality.
This Application is not designed for users under the age of 16, or the higher minimum age specified by local applicable laws. The Service Provider does not intentionally collect information from children or target minors with marketing materials.
Where local law requires consent from a parent or legal guardian, the Application may not be used without such approval. The Service Provider will not knowingly collect personally identifiable information from children under 16 in breach of relevant regulations. If we discover we have obtained personal data from a minor, all relevant records will be immediately removed from our servers. If you are a parent or guardian and become aware your child has shared personal information with us, please contact the Service Provider at sadroglalzeqo4658@gmail.com so we can take appropriate action.
The Service Provider prioritises protecting the confidentiality of your personal data. We deploy physical, digital and procedural security controls to safeguard all information we process and store.
Should a security incident leading to personal data exposure occur, the Service Provider will notify affected users in line with applicable legal standards. Where required, notifications will include details about the breach and remedial actions being implemented.
The Service Provider reserves the right to revise this Privacy Policy periodically. Material updates will be communicated by publishing the revised version with a clear effective date. When legislation requires, we will obtain your consent before material changes take effect.
Archived earlier versions of this Privacy Policy are available upon request by emailing sadroglalzeqo4658@gmail.com.
This Privacy Policy takes effect on 2026-08-04.
Where data processing relies on consent, you grant consent by actively opting into relevant features or actions. You have the ability to withdraw consent at any time; withdrawal will not affect lawfully completed processing carried out prior to revocation. Processing activities supported by other legitimate legal bases will continue as outlined within this document.
If you have any inquiries about privacy practices related to the Application, contact the Service Provider via email: sadroglalzeqo4658@gmail.com
