The Inaugural Space Coast Aquarium Society Tropical Swap Meet is happening on July 26th, 2025 from 10 am to 2 pm at the Melbourne/Viera Holiday Inn Conference Center located at 8298 N Wickham Road, Melbourne, Florida, 32940

How to Participate:
Come shop! Admission is free! Just show up! Bring a friend, relative or stranger (with consent)!
Buy a table! Members can buy tables for $15, non-members for $30. The sign-up link is: scas-swap-table-select! Members have exclusive access until 8:00 on 6/22! There are going to 58 tables available.
Tables are 6 feet long.
Sellers will handle their own check out and keep all of what they sell.
Sellers will have access to the sales floor at 8:00 am and are expected to be set up by 10:00 am when the doors open, unless other arrangements are made in advance. Vendors will have access to the room until 4:00 pm and must vacate the sales floor by that time.
Sellers can purchase more than 1 table and they will be arranged in pairs in the room for convenience.
Sellers will be able to select from a numbered table layout during sign-up.
Sellers can share tables. However, the person who signs up is the one responsible for the table.
Buyer and seller disputes will be handled by the buyers and sellers. The club reserves the right to give out a vendors contact info to a buyer, if needed.
Sellers MUST submit the hotel form prior to or on the day of the event. There is a link to download the form on the sign-up page. No form, no table.
Sellers are responsible for having all licenses, permits, etc. to sell their items. The club is not responsible for verifying this information. Sellers will attest to this during sign-up.

SCAS club members only
Approximately 25 tables will be set up for sellers to show off their items.
Members can bring up to 15 items to the Marketplace to sell. Each item registered will cost $1 to the club and will be subtracted from the sellers payout. If sellers do not sell enough to cover the fee, they will be invoiced for the difference.
The club will handle check out.
Members just need to label their items with their member number and item number, just like labeling items for the auctions.
Multiple items can be grouped together and sold as one item, such as a box of sponge filters or a male and female fish sold as a pair, etc. Please don't abuse this policy.
Payout will be completed electronically after the event. There will be no payouts at the Swap Meet. Invoices will be sent to sellers at the end of the event.
No preregistration is needed. Mark your items well and drop them at the Marketplace.
Items can be removed from the Marketplace by the sellers at any time (if they need to leave, for example), but not resold at the Swap. The club is keeping the fee low on Marketplace items. Please respect this rule.
Floor space is limited. Large tank set-ups or other large items may need to be placed on the floor under the tables. Sellers can also print out pictures of large items and keep the items outside so that they do not need to be moved multiple times.
Items left beyond the end of the event become property of the Club and are subject to disposal/disposition/resale by the Club.
