PRIVACY POLICY
Last Updated: 02 January 2026 | Version 1.11
This Privacy Policy explains how the Application handles information. Use of the Application constitutes consent.
1. Overview
The Application is designed specifically for the Indian market. We prioritize user privacy and follow "Zero-Data-Leak" architecture for current localized operations.
2. Information We DO NOT Collect (Privacy Protection)
Personal identifiers: Name, Address, Email, Phone Number, Date of Birth.
Financial Data: PAN, Bank Account Numbers, UPI IDs, Transaction Secrets.
Portfolio Data: Asset quantities, buy/sell prices, total portfolio value.
Hardware IDs: We explicitly disable Advertising IDs (ADID) and permanent Serial Numbers (SSID) in the current version.
PII Exposure: We utilize a "Privacy Guard" (Leak Prevention Engine) to block any accidental transmission of symbols or identifiers.
3. Internet Connectivity & Rationale
Internet access is required for (If applicable):
Market Data: Fetching current NAVs and stock prices from trusted public APIs.
Security: Secure delivery of cryptographic keys via Firebase (Remote Config).
Integrity: Verifiable Play Integrity checks to prevent app tampering.
Stability: Performance Monitoring (Opt-In Only).
Future Services: Necessary for feature updates and upcoming monetization services.
4. Technical Monitoring (Opt-In Only) & Data Minimization
We follow a strict policy of processing only the absolute minimum metadata required for essential maintenance. To ensure your security, the following standards apply:
Data We Do Not Process
Personal Identity: We never collect or process information that identifies you personally to ensure absolute privacy.
Financial Secrets: Your private financial data remains local and inaccessible to us.
Portfolio Tickers: These are never processed in their raw form; they are masked by our Leak Prevention Engine to prevent any data exposure.
Opt-In Data Collection (For Maintenance & Stability)
The following data is only processed if you explicitly choose to opt-in, and is used solely for the purposes listed:
Device Model & OS: Used to debug hardware-specific stability issues and ensure the app runs smoothly on your specific device.
App Startup Speed: Monitored to optimize the launch speed of your secure vault.
Network Latency: Analyzed to monitor the responsiveness of market data APIs and ensure timely updates.
Crash Stacks: Collected to identify, isolate, and fix software bugs to improve overall reliability.
5. Monetization & Future Third-Party Tracking Disclosure
While the Application is currently provided as an ad-free service, the Developer plans to introduce monetization (including advertisements and premium features) within the initial launch phase
Future Tracking: Integration of ad-networks (e.g., Google AdMob) will involve the collection of Advertising IDs (ADID) and usage patterns.
Policy Updates: Users will be provided with updated consent notices before these changes are implemented.
6. No Warranty & Data Exposure Disclaimer
WHILE WE EMPLOY ADVANCED SECURITY MEASURES (ENCRYPTION, NDK KEY VAULTS, PRIVACY GUARD), THE DEVELOPER DOES NOT GUARANTEE THAT THE APPLICATION OR DATA STORAGE IS 100% SECURE. THE DEVELOPER SHALL NOT BE HELD LIABLE FOR ANY DATA LEAKS, EXPOSURE, OR BREACHES RESULTING FROM:
- SOFTWARE BUGS OR UNFORESEEN CODING ERRORS.
- SECURITY VULNERABILITIES OR ZERO-DAY EXPLOITS.
- HARDWARE-LEVEL COMPROMISES OR OPERATING SYSTEM FLAWS.
- UNAUTHORIZED PHYSICAL ACCESS TO THE DEVICE.
- HACKING, MALWARE, OR UNAUTHORIZED THIRD-PARTY INTERVENTIONS.
7. Legal Compliance (India)
Data processing operates under the DPDP Act, 2023.
- Explicit Consent: You must actively opt-in to technical monitoring.
- Right to Withdraw: You can disable monitoring at any time via Settings -> App Security.
8. Changes & Legal Terminology
Version 1.11. The Developer reserves the right to modify this policy at any time.
9. Supplemental Terms and Precedence of In-App Disclosures
The following supplemental provisions apply based on the specific functionality of the provided application and software:

Privacy-First Architecture: All in-app features are engineered with a "Privacy-First" and "Local-First" methodology. In the event of any perceived discrepancy between external documentation and the internal Application settings, the in-app privacy controls and disclosures shall take legal precedence.
Dynamic Policy Updates: As the software evolves, real-time updates regarding data minimization or encryption standards will be reflected directly within the Application's "About" or "Legal" sections to ensure immediate transparency.
ALL RIGHTS RESERVED.
RIGHT OF ADMISSION RESERVED. The Developer reserves the right to restrict or deny access to the Application to any user who violates our security protocols or terms.
