A brief biographical narrative showing your educational background and teacher experience. Particular emphasis should be placed on your nackground, trainin, and/or involvement in space-, space science- and/or space teaching-related activities, both in and out of the classroom (e.g., science fairs, clubs, camps, community projects, national NASA or commercial space flight opportunities, etc.).
Two-page limit, type-written, 12-point font.

3. Interest Statement
A short statement concerning your interest and involvement in space-related projects/activities, space science, and space-focused STEM teaching or mentoring.

Professional Recommendation Letters
At least two and not more than four letters of recommendation from people who know of your work, such as any school system official (school board, principal, science supervisor, etc.), colleague, space industry program official, or community leader, etc. Recommendation letters must be submitted by the author and emailed directly to the email address below.
Student Recommendation Letters
Two letters of support from students whom you have helped and advised over a period of time.
Please advise the students to send the letter as an attachment with the teacher's name in the file name.

All submitted materials will be evaluated, and the awardee will be selected on the basis of the overall depth and effectiveness of the applicant in the teaching. long-term impact, and promotion of secondary school space-related science. For active teachers, prospects of future activities in this area will also be considered.
The awardee will be selected and notified by December 31, 2026. Others may be notifided after that date.
