# Privacy Policy for Space War Hero

This Privacy Policy explains what information the mobile game **Space War Hero** (the "Game") collects, how it is used and shared, and the choices you have. By playing the Game, you agree to this policy.
## 1. The short version
- You do **not** need an account to play. We never ask for your name, email, phone number, photos, contacts or location.
- Your game progress (missions, coins, diamonds, ships and upgrades) is saved **only on your device**.
- The Game shows **ads from Unity Ads**. Unity Ads collects device information and an advertising ID to show and measure ads.
- **Purchases are handled by Google Play.** We never see or store your card or payment details.
- We do **not** sell your personal information.
## 2. Information the Game stores on your device
The Game saves your progress, settings, wallet (coins and diamonds), owned items, VIP status and daily-reward dates on your device. This data stays on your device and is not sent to us. Uninstalling the Game or clearing its data deletes it.
## 3. Information collected by third-party services
The Game uses the services below. They may collect information directly from your device under their own privacy policies.
### Unity Ads (advertising)
Unity Ads shows the rewarded and full-screen ads in the Game. To show, limit, measure and prevent fraud in ads, Unity may collect:
- your device's advertising ID (Android Advertising ID);
- device information such as model, operating system version, language, screen size and network type;
- your IP address, which can indicate an approximate location such as your country;
- information about the ads you see and interact with, such as views, clicks and completed videos.

### Google Play Billing (in-app purchases and subscriptions)
The Game offers optional in-app purchases (coins, diamonds, a one-time bundle) and optional weekly VIP subscriptions. Google Play processes all payments. Google receives your purchase and payment information under Google's privacy policy (https://policies.google.com/privacy). The Game receives only a confirmation of the purchase (the product bought and a purchase token), which it uses to deliver your items and to restore purchases.
### Unity Gaming Services
The Game starts Unity Gaming Services so that in-app purchases work. This service may use an installation identifier and basic device information to operate. Unity's privacy policy applies (link above).
## 4. How the information is used
Information is used only to:
- run the Game and save your progress on your device;
- show rewarded ads that give in-game rewards when you choose to watch them, and show full-screen ads between levels;
- deliver and restore your purchases and subscriptions;
- keep the Game working, secure and free of fraud.
## 5. Sharing
We do not sell, rent or trade your personal information. Information is shared only with the service providers listed in section 3, for the purposes described there, or when required by law.
## 6. Your choices
- **Personalised ads:** you can reset your advertising ID or opt out of ad personalisation in your Android device settings (Settings > Google > Ads, or Settings > Privacy > Ads, depending on your device).
- **Fewer ads:** VIP members do not see full-screen ads between levels.
- **Subscriptions:** you can cancel a VIP subscription at any time in the Google Play Store app (Profile > Payments and subscriptions > Subscriptions).
- **Deleting data:** uninstall the Game or clear its storage in Android settings to delete all data saved on your device. To ask the third-party services about data they hold, use the contact options in their privacy policies, or contact us and we will help.
- **Your rights:** depending on where you live (for example under the GDPR, the UK GDPR, Indian law or US state laws), you may have the right to access, correct or delete your personal data, or to object to its use. Contact us to make a request.
## 7. Children
The Game is suitable for a general audience and is not directed at children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If you believe a child has provided personal information through the Game, contact us and we will take steps to delete it. Parents can turn off in-app purchases or require approval for them in the Google Play Store's parental controls.
## 8. Security
Your game data stays on your device, and payments are handled by Google Play over secure connections. No method of storage or transmission is completely secure, but we use reasonable measures to protect the information the Game handles.
## 9. Permissions
The Game asks for no sensitive permissions. It uses internet access (for ads and purchases) and vibration (for gameplay feedback).
## 10. Changes to this policy
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. The new version will be posted at this address with a new effective date. Continuing to play the Game after a change means you accept the updated policy.
