Privacy Policy for Space Crash

1) Scope
This Privacy Policy explains how Space Crash (“the App”, “we”, “our”, “us”) handles information when you use the App on Android devices and view ads delivered through Google AdMob. It applies to users worldwide. It should be read together with the privacy policies of our service providers (especially Google).
Why this is required: Google Play requires every app to post a privacy policy on an active public URL and inside the app, and to keep it consistent with your Data safety form.
2) What data is collected and by whom?
We do not ask you to create an account and we do not directly collect personal information such as your name or email inside the App.
However, when the App shows ads using Google AdMob (Google Mobile Ads SDK), Google may automatically collect certain device and usage data to deliver, measure, and secure ads. Examples include:
IP address (used to estimate your general location).
Advertising identifiers (e.g., Android Advertising ID) and App set ID.
App interactions and ad events (app launches, taps, video views).
Diagnostic and performance data (crash logs, energy usage, app launch time).
All such data sent by the Google Mobile Ads SDK is encrypted in transit. You can reset or delete the Android advertising ID and, in Android settings, limit ad personalization.
Because our App integrates Google services (AdMob), information from your device can be shared with Google in line with Google’s own privacy documentation about how it uses data from partner apps.
Note: If we later add other SDKs or features (e.g., analytics, crash reporting, sign‑in, in‑app purchases), we’ll update this section and the Data safety form accordingly.
3) How the data is used
Data collected via Google AdMob may be used by Google (and its advertising partners) to:
Serve and measure ads, including fraud prevention and abuse detection.
We do not sell your personal information. Depending on your region, personalized ads may rely on your consent or on device settings you control (see “Your Choices” below).
4) Children and mixed‑audience handling
Our App is intended for a general audience (all ages) and is not directed primarily to children. For users known to be children (or when age is unknown in regions with stricter child‑privacy laws), we configure ad requests to disable personalized ads and to apply child‑directed treatment where required (e.g., COPPA in the U.S. and under‑age‑of‑consent handling in the EEA/UK). We also use a Families self‑certified version of AdMob and follow Google Play’s Families requirements.
If needed for compliance, we may display a neutral age screen to differentiate adults from children and ensure ads for children come only from self‑certified SDK versions and remain non‑personalized.
If you believe a child has provided personal information to us directly, please contact misterpotato1788@gmail.com and we will take appropriate steps.
5) Legal bases (EEA/UK and similar jurisdictions)
Where required by law, we rely on consent for personalized advertising. In regions that use consent frameworks (like the EEA/UK), we use a consent dialog/CMP consistent with Google’s Privacy & messaging guidance. If consent is not granted, ads will be non‑personalized.
6) International data transfers
AdMob and other Google services may process data on servers located in countries other than yours. Google describes these practices in its privacy materials.
7) Data retention
We do not store advertising data ourselves. Google determines retention periods for data it processes through AdMob and related services and describes them in its privacy documentation.
8) Security
We take reasonable steps to protect the App and its communications. The Google Mobile Ads SDK encrypts data in transit, and we keep SDKs up to date to benefit from security and privacy improvements.
9) Your choices and controls
Reset or delete your Android Advertising ID / limit ad personalization
On your Android device, go to Settings → Privacy (or Google) → Ads to reset or delete the Advertising ID and/or opt out of ads personalization. This impacts how ads may be personalized to you.Manage Google’s use of your data in partner apps
See how Google uses information from apps that use its services and manage your ad settings per Google’s documentation.Withdraw consent (EEA/UK)
If you granted consent in our consent dialog, you can revisit it via Settings → Privacy in the App (if provided) or adjust Android/Google ad settings.
10) California privacy notice (CCPA/CPRA)
We do not sell your personal information. Depending on how applicable laws define “sharing” for cross‑context behavioral advertising, our use of AdMob may be considered “sharing.” You can limit such use by turning off personalized ads in Android settings (see “Your choices” above). You may also contact us at YOUR CONTACT EMAIL to submit privacy requests permitted by law.
11) Changes to this Policy
We may update this Policy from time to time. If we make material changes, we’ll update the Effective date above and, where required, notify you in the App.
