Lore: Originating in the year 2034 when humanity had soon reached the push in technology to live on the moon the SCP Foundation decided that they'd erect a site for safe keeping of the anomalies that are called SCPS. The moon sites completion (2037) was kept under major privacy until they were 100% certain that SCPS would have a suitable environment and were capable of living in low gravity. Through regular testing and research the foundation had completed a prototype device to control gravity in certain areas on site for this reason it was easier to maintain constant checks on the SCP's without having the worry of zero gravity. Throughout 70 years the site had gone under much refurbishing and had required constant construction by MaD and E&T to make sure that such anomalies if the event of a breach would occur that they would be easy to recontain alongside the difficulty for the anomolies to cause much havoc. 2108 was the final reconstruction of the site as it was deemed worthy enough of a site to keep anomalies away from civilisation as well as securely contained and in the case of a breach it could be handled without much trouble from the completed gravity controller they called StellarMagTek. On the opening of the site to the SCP database it was named under Site-Lunar.
