SPA4U — ACCOUNT DELETION REQUEST
How to request deletion of your Spa4U account and data:
OPTION 1 — EMAIL REQUEST
Send an email to kyabaandy@gmail.com with the subject line
"Account Deletion Request" and include the email address
associated with your Spa4U account. We will delete your
account within 7 business days.
OPTION 2 — IN-APP
Go to Profile → Log Out, then email us at kyabaandy@gmail.com
to confirm full deletion.
WHAT GETS DELETED
- Your account email and login credentials
- Your saved favourites list
- Your app usage history
WHAT IS RETAINED
- Anonymous analytics data (views and WhatsApp taps)
with no personal identifiers — retained for 90 days
