Terms Of Service

By commissioning me, you agree to the following terms.

• Must be over 18 to order and handle a commission.

• UK only.

• I hold the right to refuse a commission if it involves anything that makes me uncomfortable or the design is too complex.

• A deposit of 35% must be paid before commission can start.

• Payments are via bank transfer only, payment plans are available if commission is above £100. Payment plans cannot take longer than 6 months. Commission must be 100% paid for before it can be shipped.

• Only partial refunds can be given once materials are purchased. The cost of the materials cannot be refunded. If project has begun past the point of just materials being purchased, the labour costs will not be refunded.

• Small changes + adjustments can be made throughout the process, if the change is too large then an extra fee may be added on.

• Shipping costs are not included in prices and will be added on after fursuit is complete.

• Commissions CAN be used for NSFW purposes.

• Updates are provided via Instagram or Discord.

• I will most likely post your commission publicly (as it helps me build a portfolio) please state if you want to remain anonymous.

• Your commission may take any time between 1 month to a year, you are welcome to ask for updates in this time, just please don’t spam.

• If you require a deadline, please discuss it with me before your commission begins.

• There is a 6 month warranty on your commission after it has arrived with you for repairs such as popped seams, poor adhesives, etc. Big damages or self inflicted damages are not included in this and may cost a fee.

• Please provide a clear, unrendered reference with a front view, side view, and back view (for heads.) Please label any important features of the suit you deem important. (Tail refs require two side views, and paws require a front view and a back view.)

• Please provide head and/or hand measurements when ordering. I offer free head adjustments if I happen to get the size of the head wrong, but please ensure your measurements are accurate.

Please be aware that small issues with the commission such as popped seams, asemectrical foam carving, fur backing showing from shaving, etc may happen. Any damages stated previously will be covered by warranty but still please be aware these issues could pop up!

FAQ

Can fursuits be handed over at conventions?

• Yes! If I also happen to be attending a convention, I can hand over a finished commission then. 

Can you make magnetic parts?

• Unfortunately no, whilst I've used them on past commissions I've decided to no longer use them on commissions as I want to practice with them more before doing so.

Can you work with an already existing base? (Such as a 3D printed one?)

• No, for commission work I only work with my own carved foam bases.

Can you make a suit in a different style than your own?

• Nope, I only stick to the toony style.

Can I wear glasses in my suit?

• I am currently trying and testing out methods that allow people to wear glasses with their suit, please note that I cannot guarantee your glasses will fit perfectly!

What species can you make?

• I can make canines, felines, dragons and rodents BUT I am also willing to attempt species I haven't made before such as equines, insects, birds, etc. Just be aware it'll be a learning experience for me and may not look perfect.

• Only species I cannot make are protogens, primogens, skull animals, etc.
