We use molecular markers linked to major genes or QTLs associated with important traits such as disease, nematodes, seed composition, and herbicide. MAS enables us to accelerate the introgression of favorable alleles into elite soybean backgrounds, enhancing selection precision, and reducing breeding cycle time.
Our program implements genomic selection models to predict yield performance across diverse environments. By integrating genome wide SNPs data with phenotypic data sets, we enhance selection accuracy for complex traits, enabling earlier and more reliable identification of superior genotypes.
