PODIUM PRESENTATIONS

Slides submission

Please send a copy of your slides to sojacommissie@gmail.com before Friday, March 27 2026, 23:59 CET. Accepted formats are either .pdf or .ppt/pptx

Talks Format

• 15-minute presentation

• 5-minute question slot after each presentation

On the day itself

Please be in your session room 10 minutes before the start of the session. This will give us time to troubleshoot and fix any issue that might arise without delaying the session for other presenters.

POSTER PRESENTATIONS

Poster submission

Please send a .pdf copy of your poster to sojacommissie@gmail.com before Friday, March 27 2026, 23:59 CET.

Poster Format

Your poster must be in portrait orientation, and no larger than A1 (594x840mm). Note that if your print your work in a larger size, it will not feed our poster boards.

Poster Hanging

Poster boards and materials to hang the posters will be provided at the venue. Your poster will be assigned a number (see poster list in the conference booklet): please, only hang your poster under your number.

Poster Printing

You may wish to print your poster ahead of time and bring it with you. 

If you would prefer to print your poster in Leiden, we reccomend you use this shop, located between the city center and the train station. Please note that we are unable to print your poster at the Van Steenis building.

Digital Poster Room

All posters will be uploaded onto our digital poster room (link will be provided to participants via email). It will be possible to ask questions to authors on the platform itself.
