If you want headphones for swimming with onboard MP3 storage, choose Soveign Waterproof Headphones; if you need a neckband with call noise reduction for meetings, choose Felvixanor Green Neckband. For meetings specifically, Felvixanor has the clearer stated advantage: its ENC feature is designed to reduce surrounding noise during calls. Soveign is the more distinctive choice for swimming and listening without a Bluetooth connection.
Soveign Waterproof Headphones vs Felvixanor Green Neckband at a Glance
• Felvixanor’s biggest strength: an in-ear neckband design with ENC call noise reduction and up to 25 hours of playback and talk time. Trade-off: its IPX7 water resistance is described for sweat, rain, and splashes, not underwater use.
• Choose Soveign if swimming, open-ear wearing, or stored music matters most.
• Choose Felvixanor if you want in-ear earbuds, a flexible neckband, and a stated call-focused feature for work or commuting.
Soveign is a bone-conduction, open-ear headset built around a use that many everyday Bluetooth earbuds cannot cover: listening while swimming. It has an IPX8 waterproof rating, and the product information specifically says to use MP3 mode in the water because Bluetooth will be limited there. That distinction matters. The water-ready feature is not a promise of underwater Bluetooth streaming; the practical plan is to load music onto the headset and listen from its built-in storage.
The 32GB memory gives Soveign a role beyond the pool. It can hold music or podcasts for a run, ride, or workout when carrying a phone or keeping a Bluetooth connection is inconvenient. Its open-ear bone-conduction design also differs from Felvixanor’s in-ear fit. If you dislike having earbuds seated in your ear canals, that design may be a more appealing starting point. The physical controls include buttons for volume and calls, which offer a straightforward alternative to relying entirely on touch gestures.
The headset is described as bendable and adjustable, with a design intended to accommodate positioning. That may appeal to someone who wants a flexible fit for sports, but the sheet does not provide a specific fit range or guarantee that it will suit every head shape. Nor does it provide a stated battery runtime. Those omissions make it harder to compare Soveign for long stretches away from a charger.
How We Research
We compare products from their published specs and features; the verdicts below are our independent editorial opinions.

Felvixanor takes a more conventional route for everyday listening and calls. Its earbuds sit in the ears, connected by a flexible silicone neckband. The snug in-ear fit is presented as useful for running, cycling, and workouts, while the neckband keeps the two earbuds connected as a wearable unit. That is a different feel from Soveign’s open-ear bone-conduction design, so comfort preference should carry real weight in this choice.
For meetings, Felvixanor has the more directly relevant stated feature: ENC noise reduction intended to filter background sounds such as traffic, wind, and crowds during calls. That makes it the more suitable candidate on paper for taking calls from a commute, a gym, or another noisy setting. The product sheet does not quantify how much noise the feature removes, however, so I would treat it as a call-focused design feature rather than a guarantee of silence or studio-like voice quality. It is not described as active noise cancellation for listening, either.
Felvixanor is rated IPX7 and is described as resisting sweat, rain, and splashes. That supports ordinary workout and wet-weather use, but it is not presented as a swimming headset. Its stated playback and talk time is up to 25 hours after a full charge, with a stated full-charge time of 1.5 hours in the key features. The product information separately lists a two-hour battery charge time, so buyers should allow for that difference in the supplied charging details rather than assuming a precise charging window.
Who should skip it: Skip Felvixanor if you want headphones for swimming or want to listen underwater from onboard MP3 storage; those are not stated uses for this neckband.
• Best for swimming → Soveign Waterproof Headphones. Its IPX8 rating and MP3 mode are specifically relevant to underwater listening. Bluetooth is limited in water, so plan on stored audio.
• Best for meetings in noisy surroundings → Felvixanor Green Neckband. ENC is its call-focused feature, described as helping reduce ambient noise during conversations.
• Best for listening without a phone connection → Soveign Waterproof Headphones. Its 32GB onboard memory supports MP3 playback without Bluetooth.
• Best for long stated playback and talk time → Felvixanor Green Neckband. It specifies up to 25 hours after a full charge; Soveign’s sheet does not state a battery runtime.
• Best for an open-ear design → Soveign Waterproof Headphones. Its bone-conduction format does not use the in-ear placement described for Felvixanor.
• Best for a secure in-ear workout fit → Felvixanor Green Neckband. Its ergonomic tips are described as staying snug during strenuous exercise, with a neckband connecting the earbuds.
• Best for sweat and rain during routine exercise → Felvixanor Green Neckband. Its IPX7 description covers sweat, rain, and splashes; Soveign is the pick when underwater use is the deciding factor.
• Best for switching between Bluetooth and stored audio → Soveign Waterproof Headphones. Its dual-mode setup supports Bluetooth listening and MP3 playback.
Buying Considerations
For meetings, separate call noise reduction from noise cancellation for music. Felvixanor’s ENC is described as a way to reduce background noise picked up during calls. The information does not say that it creates a quiet listening environment for the wearer. Soveign lists call-answering controls, but no comparable ENC feature. So if calls in busy places are a regular need, Felvixanor has the more relevant stated feature; if your use is mainly swimming or stored music, Soveign has the more relevant ones.
Fit is personal, and these designs make different compromises. Soveign leaves the ears open, while Felvixanor uses in-ear tips attached to a neckband. Someone who dislikes the sensation of earbuds may prefer to consider the open-ear option. Someone who wants earbuds held together around the neck during exercise may lean toward Felvixanor. Neither specification sheet establishes that one will feel comfortable for every wearer, so the design distinction is more useful than a blanket comfort claim.
Also consider the limits of the water descriptions. Soveign is identified as IPX8 and intended for swimming, with the explicit reminder that Bluetooth is limited underwater. Felvixanor’s IPX7 description focuses on sweat, rain, and splashes. They are not interchangeable claims. Finally, the supplied Felvixanor information gives two different charging-time figures: 1.5 hours in its feature description and two hours in product details. Its stated playback and talk time is up to 25 hours, while Soveign’s data does not give a comparable runtime.
For meetings, I would choose Felvixanor Green Neckband because ENC is its clearest call-oriented advantage, and its in-ear neckband design also suits everyday workouts.
I would choose Soveign instead if swimming or offline MP3 listening were the main job.
Its IPX8 rating and 32GB storage address needs Felvixanor is not described as serving.
My pick is Felvixanor for a meeting-led routine, with Soveign the more specialized choice for the pool.
