This year I was tasked with creating a portfolio of works for ap Studio art surrounding a particular question or theme. My chosen questions followed themes of identity and perception; particularly how these ideas interacted within ourselves and the outside world. The influence of these ideas are present in the works presented here.

In all of these drawings I was inspired by Disney movies and my Disney experience by visiting the theme parks. I believe that the style of Disney is fun and exciting way to bring back childhood memories and create new ones. This show also represents that you can bring light into creative artwork by revealing your most memorable moments in life.

I enjoy drawing. It helps me take my mind off of things and when I draw I express what I feel. It’s hard for me to create my own ideas but drawing, in general, for me is fun.

Drawing for me is a way to get out of reality and do something else. No matter what’s going on, when I draw it’s always quiet, with nothing but sounds I like. Music, monologue, no shouting at siblings, it’s just me and a piece of paper. With all this time I create pieces my own way.

My favorite type of pictures to capture are sunsets. Sunsets are so peaceful, I have always loved them since I was a child. The colors in a sunset are extremely vibrant with colors and I never get tired of them.
The full moon is the lunar phase when the Moon appears fully illuminated from Earth's perspective. There are approximately 12 full moons each year, so pretty rare. Having the opportunity to photograph a full moon is always fun.
Nature and photography go hand and hand. Nature is referred to the experience of the physical world. The outdoors is so beautiful. Nature is all the animals, plants, rocks, etc. in the world and all the features, forces, and processes that happen or exist together.
