Founded in 2001, SWC is a proud Resident Company at the Old Town Temecula Community Theater and a Founding Member of the Temecula Theater Foundation.

Southwest Women's Chorus brings together women of all ages and walks of life, students, teachers, nurses, executives, grandmothers, mothers, daughters, and friends, to share a love of singing and quality choral music.

SWC performs each season at the Old Town Temecula Community Theater, plus wineries, schools, and community events
SWC has a wide repertoire: classical, folk, pop, Broadway, and songs in other languages.
SWC sings as a group, but has additional opportunties for solos, duets, and small groups.
SWC is a non-religious, inclusive community open to all

Sang Park
"Let's change this valley through our music."
Now in his 5th year as director of SWC, Sang has taught high school choirs for over two decades. He has performed as a singer, conductor, instrumentalist, music consultant, and guest conductor throughout his career.
His favorite moments are the ones in rehearsal when "everything clicks", and watching his singers grow as musicians. He is a husband to Stephanie, and together they have five talented children.
PIANIST
Luann Carman
Luann Carman
A professional pianist since 1978, Luann holds a Bachelor of Music and a Master of Arts in piano performance, and has authored two piano books for Warner Brothers and Hal Leonard Publications. She built her career as a freelance pianist in Los Angeles, and has taught on the faculty at CSU Fullerton, UC Santa Barbara, and California Lutheran College.
Today, Luann is the pianist for the Temecula Valley Master Chorale, Southwest Women's Chorus, Great Oak and Temecula Valley High School Choirs, and Grace Presbyterian Church, alongside a roster of private students in the Temecula area.
