At the 2026 conference, we will vote on the 2027 President and Conference Chair. The conference registration form will include a page describing each position's roles and a question asking you to indicate if you would like to be considered for either of these positions.

Graduate Student Travel - 2025
Graduate students who present at SW-ASTE in October 2025 AND attend ASTE in January 2026 in Chicago will be eligible to apply for the SW-ASTE Travel Grant. The award amount varies each year based on the number of qualified applications; however, you can expect a minimum of $250 for those who receive the award.
