At the 2026 conference, we will vote on the 2027 President and Conference Chair. The conference registration form will include a page describing each position's roles and a question asking whether you would like to be considered for either position.
Graduate Student Travel
Graduate Student Travel
Graduate students who present at SW-ASTE AND attend the immediately following ASTE will be eligible to apply for the SW-ASTE Travel Grant. The award amount varies each year based on the number of qualified applications; however, you can expect a minimum of $250 for recipients.
