About Us

We've been serving you and your pups since June 2007.

South Paw's owner and founder has nearly 20 years of experience in dog grooming, dog boarding, doggie daycare and enrichment, and hands-on rescue work including wildlife rehabilitation. 

She is certified through Barkleigh as a Pet First Aid and CPR instructor. She is also a certified Canine Training and Behavior Specialist through Animal Behavior Institute and has completed the In Home Private Training course by Nicole Wilde, CPDT-KA. She is an active board member of the nonprofit dog rescue Powell Animal Welfare Society (PAWS) and is an active dog foster and dog mom.
