Joining SSCC (Adult Club)

To join SSCC (Adult Club), please complete the Membership Form below, make the appropriate payment to the account detailed on the form, and send a copy of your completed form to sscc.perth@gmail.com 

Alternatively, you can submit the form on paper and pay fees in cash to Ian or Andrew at any club session.
