DEVIN NICKSON

Devin Nickson was born on February 1, 2002, in Newark, New Jersey, to Linda and Joseph Nickson. He spent his early years in the city before his family relocated to Trenton, NJ in 2007. His father, a dedicated firefighter, and his mother, a nurse, instilled in him a deep respect for service and resilience.

At 18, Devin moved to North Carolina to enlist in the U.S. Army, training at Fort Liberty (AKA Fort Bragg) as a 68W Combat Medic Specialist. His role required quick thinking and composure under pressure, providing lifesaving care in high-stakes environments. After completing his service, he pursued a degree in criminal justice at Princeton University, combining his military experience with a passion for law enforcement.

Now residing in Fort Worth, Devin serves as a Sheriff’s Deputy with the Tarrant County Sheriff’s Office. Known for his discipline and level-headedness, he remains committed to protecting his community while continuing to push himself toward new challenges in his career.
