ROLEPLAY STYLE
In Southern State Roleplay we have a certain roleplay style. We are a “Life RP” style roleplay server. Meaning, we use characters who have backstories. Every character has a “life” personality, hobbies, accents, etc. With this roleplay style, it allows us to create a more immersive roleplay, instead of having characters who just go to jail or die. We're looking for characters who can form some type of storyline.

MAKING CHARACHTERS
The first step of making a character is thinking of a name and a DOB. For example, think of a name that most people don’t use. 

After you think of the name and DOB, Pick a hair Color Members may have Brown, Black, and Grey Hair only.

After you finish the first part of your character, make a address look in the claimed address channel in the main SSRP discord server follow the format stated below.

(House Number, Street Name, Location make sure to add ,LY after the location, then add the postal number)

Then put your gender choose between Male, or Female the other option is not a choice.

Then pick your characters race from the option.

After you finish the licenses you move on to your vehicle(s). If your character doesn’t have a vehicle you can leave it blank.

After you fill  that out  pick  your characters build

Vehicle Registration

Fill out the plate option.

Then put a make and model use the real life vehicle names.

Put the color of  vehicle.

Insurance you can mark as any of the options.

Registered State mark as Liberty State, Liberty County, or River City.

Flags put one of the options.

MAINTAINING CHARACTER RECORDS

When making a character, you have to make sure to maintain your character. Keeping your character up to date to his/her  personality, occupation, vehicles, and licenses. 

If getting a different job, make sure to edit the “Occupation” tab. 

If a character buys another car, make sure to keep the “Registered Vehicle” tab up to date. 

If getting your Hunting/Fishing License, Drivers License, or Concealed Carry changed, make sure to keep it up to date.

If moving houses make sure to update the "Residents" tab

All of these tabs must be up to date at all times, allowing roleplays to be more realistic.

USING VOICE CHANNELS
We have various Voice Channels such as Scenes, Traffic Stop Channels, Civilian Channels, and 911.These are used when on a Scene in order to talk to people. 

RP Chat is used instead of using the in-game chat system. If someone is searching you, checking CCTV, or making a 911 call, RP Chat is used.

911 are used for making calls. In order to make a 911 call you must utilize the RP Chat and Ping an active Deputy or Officer.

Business Scene VC's were made in order to not clog up scene vcs they are obviously used for Business's.
