SSRP | COMMUNITY/STAFF MEMBER REPORT FORM
This form allows members to report concerns involving community participants or staff. It is used to document misconduct, rule violations, or other issues that require review by SS:RP Moderation. All submissions are confidential and will be investigated to ensure a fair and safe environment for everyone.

PLEASE KEEP IN MIND:

• Keep all reports respectful. We understand that most people who fill out a report are upset, but please be respectful and don't use foul language or other obscenities.

• Keep all reports relevant. Don't go on an incoherent, useless rant.

• Please provide evidence to back up all your claims. SSRP may still take action if it finds that your claims are true; however, it makes SSRP Moderators jobs easier if evidence is provided in the following form.

• DO NOT "REVENGE REPORT". SSRP DOES NOT CARE IF SOMEONE RAIDED YOUR SERVER, ROBLOX GROUP, OR ANYTHING ELSE. ALL MISCONDUCT REPORTS MUST BE WITHIN AFFILIATION  OF SSRP, AND RELATED SERVERS. (SSRP ONLY MODERATES PERSONAL MISCONDUCT IF CONDUCT IS ILLEGAL WITHIN U.S LAW, (EX: DOXXING.) IF IT'S NOT ILLEGAL WE DON'T CARE.
