Grantham has melded his 35 years experience in general industry, both chemical and automotive, metals, plastics, and construction to launch a privately owned safety consulting business. Over his lifetime he has gained invaluable hands-on knowledge in positions from plant supervisor all the way to Plant Management and Human Resources/Director of Safety. He has spent 25 years working specifically in safety management and has led his facilities to record breaking safety performance including years of decreased and no loss time accidents. Mr. Grantham works all over the southeastern US with a focus in Georgia and Florida. He believes your company is only as strong as it's leadership is in their commitment to safety.
