We try to make booking as simple as possible. Let us know what date you are looking at for your rental. If open, we need three things:
Unit payments and delivery fees are due at time of delivery. We accept cash payments at delivery. If needing to pay by credit or debit card, we can charge at time of booking. A 3% processing fee will be added to all card payments.
We deliver free to the Hamshire Fannett area. Outside of this area, we charge a $1 per mile delivery fee. Currently, we are only delivering within a 50 mile radius.
We understand things happen. If the need to cancel arises, please contact us as soon as possible. A 24 hour cancellation notice is needed to get your $50 deposit back.
We deliver Friday mornings and pick up Sunday afternoons. We set up our delivery schedule Thursday nights and give an estimated time frame for Friday deliveries. We do our best to stick to our schedule, but please understand occasionally things happen. We will give you a call or text and let you know when we are en route to your location.
Someone 18 years or older must be there for delivery. We receive payment at delivery, go over the rules and policies, and get a signature on the contract before leaving.
We must have access to a 110 volt outlet within 100 feet of the unit. We provide the extension cord needed. If renting a wet unit, you will need to provide a water hose to reach the unit.
