Front Porch Rebuild/Paint

Staining

This cabin exterior was stripped, sanded, and cleaned to remove old stain and prepare the wood for a fresh finish. Every surface was carefully prepped to ensure the new stain would last and protect against the elements.

After staining, the cabin was completely renewed with a rich cedar tone that enhances the wood's natural grain. The UV resistant finish adds log lasting color and weather protection for a beautiful, durable result.

These worn stairs were heavily wweathered and faded. We cleaned, sanded, and prepped the surface to remove buildup and old finish, getting them ready for a fresh protective coat.

Wood/Log Rot Repair

This window frame showed severe wood rot from years of moisture damage. The damaged logs and trim were carefully removed to prevent further decay and prepare for proper restoration.

Thsi unfinished basement was completely gutted and prepped for framing. The space was cleared, cleaned, and measured to lay out the foundation for new walls insulation.

During

Framing work began with new studs and proper structural support. Electrical and lighting were updated to meet code, giving the space a solid framework for the remodel.

After

The walls were fully framed and wrapped, creating a clean, insulated foundation for drywall and finishing. The remodel transformed this dark basement into a functional, ready to finish living area.

The original stairs were unsafe and heavily damaged. We began by removing the old structure and pouring a new concrete pad to provide a strong, level foundation for the rebuild.

With the new foundation in place, we frsmed new stairs using pressure treated lumbar. Each step was carefully leveled and reinforced for lasting strength and safety.
