My practice relies on offering tangible experiences to casts, crews, and audiences to deepen relationships to texts and narratives. My research specialty is Southeastern identity, and I am currently working on stringing together the first ever narrative of theatre history in Atlanta 1866-1953. With the moniker “Southern Directurg,” I am passionate about uplifting communities in the rural Southeastern U.S. and Southern Appalachia through education, community resources, empathy, and art. I am also an alumnae of Alpha Psi Omega and Southeast Regional Vice President for Literary Managers and Dramaturgs of the Americas.
