On this page, you will find resources related to our Collective Bargaining Agreement (CBA) negotiations.
A CBA is a written contract between an employer and a union representing the employees. The CBA is the result of a lengthy negotiation process between the employer and the union around topics such as wages, hours, and working conditions.
Mandatory subjects are those bargainable topics required by labor law. Those subjects include items like wages, overtime, bonuses, grievance procedures, safety practices, as well as procedures for discharge, layoff, recall, or discipline.
Voluntary or Permissive subjects may be negotiated but are not required and include topics such as internal union matters and the make-up of the employer's board of directors.
Sunshine Document: HERE
This document outlines each of the articles (individual topics) we plan to negotiate into our contract.
Proposals Folder: HERE
This folder contains the current proposals we have given to DCP, as well as the proposals they have given to us.
All of these proposals are still subject of bargaining. We do not yet have any articles that we have reached agreement on.
