Sourav Singh

I am Sourav Singh, from Faridabad, Haryana but my roots are from Patna, Bihar. I have completed my high school and intermediate from B. N. Public School affiliated to C.B.S.E. with first division. I have completed my undergraduate in Bachelor of Science( Food Science & Technology) from Institute of Food Technology Department from Bundelkhand University , Jhansi, Uttar Pradesh from session 20.18 - 2021 . Currently , I'm pursing postgraduate in Master of Science (Food Science & Technology ) from Institute of Food Technology Department from Bundelkhand University , Jhansi, Uttar Pradesh.

I have won second Prize in Innovative Food Product Development ,where I developed the Food Product "Bottle Gourd Donut" which was organized by Institute o f Food Science and Technology , Bundelkhand University ,Jhansi in 2019 . I have won virtual quiz competition" LEITE INTELLECT 2020" with 98% marks, organized by Department of Dairy Technology, Parul University.

I have done one month internship in Laxmi Ice- cream Private Limited third party of Mother dairy as Quality Assurance Controller .Web-training on " Wheat and specialty Flour Quality Workshop" organized by AIBTM.

One week National Level E-short term Training Program on "Food and Dairy Processing for Health and Wealth Development" organized by Department of Dairy Technology, Parul University.
