Welcome to my home page. I am a geoarchaeologist and earth scientists who study past changes in climate, ecosystems, and mammalian and human evolution, with a focus on their interconnectedness.
Research Interests

My career research interests mainly concern the latest episode of the Earth's history the Cenozoic Era, which can be clustered into paleoclimatology, geomorphology, Earth's environment, and geo-archaeology. These fields have major implications for understanding the Earth's history, and the history of human evolution and civilization.
- Climate-Tectonic relationship in sedimentary basins.
- My main areas of interest are stone tools, vertebrate fossils, and rock art from South Asia
- Quaternary paleoenvironmental reconstructions with bits of help of Multi-proxy approaches, i.e., Mineral Magnetism, Sedimentology, Isotope
