I am an Assistant Professor in the Department of Computer Engineering at the Unitedworld Institute of Technology, Karnavati University, Gandhinagar, India. In December 2024, I received my Doctoral Degree from Dhirubhai Ambani University (formerly known as the Dhirubhai Ambani Institute of Information and Communication Technology), Gandhinagar, India, under the supervision of Prof. Manish K. Gupta. Before joining the PhD Program at DA-IICT, I served as Guest Faculty at the Department of Mathematics, Surya Sen Mahavidyalaya (under the University of North Bengal) for August 2016 - February 2017. Previously, I obtained my Bachelor's (2013) in Mathematics and Master's (2015) in Pure Mathematics from the Department of Mathematics, Visva Bharati, Santiniketan,
I was a visiting scholar at the DNA Nanodevices Unit, Fraunhofer Institute for Cell Therapy and Immunology (IZI), Leipzig, Germany, from December 9, 2019, to December 23, 2019, as a part of the DST-DAAD project "VecDNAStor: Archival Vector DNA Data Storage"
My research interests include general aspects of algebraic coding theory with a specific focus on efficient DNA code construction over finite commutative and non-commutative non-unital rings. In parallel, I am engaged in elliptic curve cryptography projects. I am also interested in Quantum codes, Commutative Algebra, and Combinatorics.
