We use functional nucleic acid nanostructures and chemical biology to pursue goals in the following research areas
Cancer Biology Area 1: Early cancer detection (functional nucleic acid / biomaterial / DNA nanotechnology)
Cancer Biology Area 2: Cancer therapeutics (oligonucleotide modalities)
Area 3: Method and instrument development for biomarker detection
Openings: We work at the interface of medicine, biomaterials, and biochemistry. Along with conventional training, strong emphasis is put at collaborations, personalized mentoring, science communication, and industrial training. Following are encouraged to approach.
