This privacy policy applies to the SoundShift app (hereby referred to as "Application") for mobile devices that was created by Dlife Motion (hereby referred to as "Service Provider") as a Free service. This service is intended for use "AS IS".
Information Collection and Use
The Application collects information when you download and use it. This information may include:
Your device's Internet Protocol address (e.g. IP address).
The operating system and device identifiers used for advertising and analytics.
Performance logs and time spent on specific pages within the Application.
Location Data Usage
The Application collects your device's precise location locally to provide its core functionality. This data is used in the following ways:
Real-Time Audio Adjustment: Speed data is used to adjust equalizer settings dynamically while you are moving (eg. City or Highway modes). This processing happens locally on your device and is not transmitted to the Service Provider's servers.
Advertising: Coarse, anonymized location data may be used by third-party advertising partners (Google AdMob) to serve relevant ads.
The Service Provider may use the information you provided to contact you from time to time to provide you with important information, required notices and marketing promotions.
For a better experience, while using the Application, the Service Provider may require you to provide us with certain personally identifiable information. The information that the Service Provider request will be retained by them and used as described in this privacy policy.
Local Data and Preferences
The Application stores your custom equalizer presets, favorite settings, and other UI or audio customization locally on your device. This data is not transmitted to the Service Provider's servers and remains under your control.
Third-Party Access and Advertising
Only aggregated, anonymized data is periodically transmitted to external services to aid the Service Provider in improving the Application and their service. The Application uses third-party services that may collect information used to identify you:
Google AdMob: Used to serve advertisements. AdMob may collect device identifiers and IP addresses to provide relevant ads.
Google Play Billing: All financial transactions for premium skins or features are processed securely through Google Play. The Service Provider does not collect or store your credit card or banking information.
Sentry: Collects anonymous crash logs, app interactions, diagnostics, and device IDs to improve application stability.
The Service Provider may disclose User Provided and Automatically Collected Information as required by law, such as to comply with a subpoena, or when they believe in good faith that disclosure is necessary to protect their rights or respond to a government request.
Opt-Out Rights
You can stop all collection of information by the Application easily by uninstalling it. You may use the standard uninstall processes available as part of your device or via the mobile application marketplace. You may also disable location permissions at any time through your device settings, though this will disable the Application's dynamic equalization features.
Data Retention Policy
The Service Provider will retain User Provided data for as long as you use the Application and for a reasonable time thereafter. If you'd like them to delete data provided via the Application, please contact them at soundshiftapp@gmail.com and they will respond in a reasonable time.

Children
The Service Provider does not use the Application to knowingly solicit data from or market to children under the age of 13. The Application is not intended for children, and the Service Provider encourages parents to monitor internet usage. You must be at least 16 years of age to consent to the processing of your personally identifiable information in certain countries.
Security
The Service Provider provides physical, electronic, and procedural safeguards to protect information they process and maintain. While they strive to protect your data, no security system can prevent all potential security breaches.
Changes
This Privacy Policy may be updated from time to time. The Service Provider will notify you of any changes by updating this page with the new Privacy Policy. Continued use of the Application is deemed approval of all changes.
