We developed the streamlit app to assist with biodiversity data analysis.
The app includes:
Two options of Clustering Algorithms to explore: HDBSCAN and K-Means
File names to highlight the origin of embeddings in the cluster
Histogram of the time-of-day trends
Spectrogram
Audio samples that include embedding of interest
Time of day patterns across clusters
Time of day patterns across clusters
Figure shows the number of embeddings by time of day in each cluster. We can observe that embeddings in different clusters are more concentrated around different times of day. Therefore, different clusters are capturing different animal activities.
