*Participants from abroad who need to book a flight ticket as soon as possible may receive information about the assessment of their submissions in advance (please contact us).

Poster and installation guidance
Note: for technical reasons, it is possible to participate online with a sound poster, and in justified cases also with a performative paper. There will be a special session devoted to them, as well as special spaces (real and virtual) for presentations and discussions.
Submission requirements
Your submission should consist of the following elements:
Participant details including: name, surname, email address and, if applicable, affiliation
Title of the paper/poster/installation
Form of participation: please enter in the "Abstract" box (at the beginning) in the submission system which form of participation you choose: regular paper, performative paper, poster (sound or regular), or sound installation
Abstract between 200–300 words, including references
Keywords (minimum three)
The official language of the international symposium is English. However, papers/posters in Polish are also welcome.

Registration system
Full registration fee for participants with papers/posters/installations: 70 Euro
Reduced registration fee for participants with papers/posters/installations (students, PhD students): 50 Euro

Fees cover: costs of the invited speakers, logistics costs, snacks & coffee breaks, conference materials, technical service.
