These Terms of Service govern your use of the Soundlify browser extension and any related features provided by the developer.
By using Soundlify, you agree to these Terms.
1. Use of Soundlify
Soundlify is provided for personal and lawful use. You agree not to use the extension in any manner that violates applicable laws or regulations.
2. Community Sharing (Scene Sharing)
Soundlify may allow users to create shareable scene links.
When creating a shared scene, the following information may be included and made available through the generated link:
Scene name
Selected sounds
Volume settings
Other scene configuration data necessary for the feature
Do not include personal, confidential, or sensitive information in scene names or shared content.
Users are solely responsible for any content they choose to share.
3. Intellectual Property
Soundlify, including its design, code, branding, and functionality, remains the property of the developer unless otherwise stated.
Users may not copy, redistribute, modify, reverse engineer, or resell the extension except where permitted by applicable law.
4. Disclaimer of Warranties
Soundlify is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied.
The developer does not guarantee that the extension will be uninterrupted, error-free, secure, or compatible with every device, browser, or operating environment.
Soundlify is a personal hobby project developed and maintained by an independent individual. No guarantees are made regarding continuous availability, maintenance, support, or future development of the extension.
5. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, the developer shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from or related to the use of Soundlify.
This includes, but is not limited to:
Loss of data
Loss of productivity
Browser or device issues
Temporary service interruptions
Errors in generated scene links
Inability to access or use the extension
Users are responsible for selecting safe listening volumes. The developer is not responsible for hearing-related injuries, discomfort, or damages resulting from the use of audio features.
6. Changes to the Service
The developer may modify, update, suspend, or discontinue parts of Soundlify at any time without prior notice.
7. Changes to These Terms
These Terms may be updated from time to time. Updated versions will be published at the same location. Continued use of Soundlify after updates constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
