As individuals, many of us often feel the need to reach out to someone senior, knowledgeable, experienced and caring.

Someone that we could talk to about ideas we have, or ask for inputs, or just be listened to. Sounding Board is just that. Fix a slot and be there on time.

Karthik Rao

Kartik Rao is CHRO of MyGlamm and brings over 11 years of extensive experience in Culture Design & Transformation, Talent Management, Spearheading Mergers & Acquisitions, & High Velocity Talent Acquisition while working with large scale MNCs & Fast Growing Consumer Tech & D2C Start-ups.

In his previous role, Kartik as CHRO & COS he envisioned and designed Strategic HR function, led functions across Talent Acquisition (top leadership for Product, Technology, Design, Performance Marketing and Business roles), Leadership Development, Talent Management, C&B, Total Rewards (Executive Compensation plans & Equity Design) & Employee Engagement.

Prior to joining Bewakoof, As part of Housing.com’s core team he led 3 biggish mergers and acquisitions, 4 technology companies starting from HR Process, People & Culture Integration. Spearheaded and led the company in the coveted ‘GPTW’ Top 100 companies in 2017 and in Top 50 companies in 2019. Mahesh Gourishetty

Manoj Chaudhary

Manoj, started his career as Food & Beverage Associate with Oberoi Group of Hotels, India’s leading hotel chain. Before Edelweiss Manoj has worked on HR projects with SAP Labs, Johnson & Johnson, Lakme Lever, Ahuja Construction and Dhanlaxmi Bank. He has also actively partnered for strategic HR projects with NGOs including REAP, Stree Mukti Sangthan and Naitik Vikas Samiti. He regularly interacts with the students through guest lectures and workshops at educational institutes.

Manoj is a graduate of the Masters in Human Resource Management and Labour Relations Program at Tata Institute of Social Sciences, Mumbai and has done his Bachelors in Hospitality Management from West Bengal University. Dr. Naga Siddharth

Naga (Siddhu) Siddharth has close to two decades of business line and HR experience, in all. He has exposure across industries of Startups, Retail, Healthcare, Civil Aviation, Ed Tech, Information Technology. He also has helped entrepreneurs in Real Estate & Hospitality. A double MBA in Marketing & HR, he is a group facilitator, a behaviour coach and author.

Siddhu loves conversations. He believes that the world is too obsessed on curing others. Instead, just caring for the other person is often the best approach for both the person caring, as well as the person being cared for. This has been his learning over 15 years of being a process facilitator and behaviour coach. He holds a PCC from ICF and a MGSCCC which are global credentials.

Siddhu's books on HR analytics, Compensation & Benefits, Tools for leaders and the latest book on "Being an Awesome Leader" are sold by Amazon. With a keen interest in research and publications, he had, on last count, 8 publications to his name.

A keen psychometrician, Siddhu has worked with Dr. Udai Pareek and was acknowledged as a co-author for his contribution in automated instruments. Namrata Arora

Namrata Arora, in her current role heads the HR & External Communications for Onco.com. Namrata is an Alumni of Muslim Aligarh University and holds degree in Psychology & human resources. She comes with 15 years of experience across diverse businesses including IT, Retail & Healthcare.

In her 10 years of HR experience she has been pivotal in setting HR processes in Start-Ups and has been responsible for Leadership hiring across domains. She has partnered with the management/stakeholders for implementing annual HR programs such as performance reviews, promotions, succession planning and execution for these programs, tying them back to the business strategy.

Dr. Pawan Alamchandani

A Passionate HR Leader who thoroughly believes in HR as nothing less than a crucial business partner, enabling businesses to achieve success. Is a B.Tech (IT), MBA(HR), Ph.D (HR). A CAMI certified Competence & Performance Developer. HR person who understands and speaks business.

Over 13 years of experience working in Organizations like Oracle, RBI and Vinculum in areas like consulting and human resources. Also associated with academia delivering guest lectures and conducting workshops for the upcoming business leaders at several B-schools like EDI, IIMs , Symbiosis, BIMM, etc. Recognized as the ‘100 Most Influential HR leaders in India’ & ‘100 HR Innovators in India’ by World HRD Congress in 2017 and 2018 respectively. Also an active member of ACCEL HR fraternity.

At Vinculum, he takes care of the Human Resource Function. He has been associated with Vinculum for about 9 years and has seen the organization move through Series A to B – early stage startup to a growing organization in the SaaS business and now towards Series C.

Rati (Verma) Batra

Rati (Verma) Batra is a young and dynamic HR leader. She is a graduate in Philosophy and a Masters in Business. A career across startups and established brands like MakeMyTrip, a well known travel provider, Rati is presently a HR Leader at FabHotels.

She attended the GEC Conference’19 held in Bahrain as part of the Indian delegation, deliberating ways to sustain the entrepreneurial & start-up culture. Sukhpreet Swaran Sandhu

Sukhpreet Swaran Sandhu is a people advocate and a culture evangelist. He comes over 13 years of progressive experience in various gamuts of human resources. He has built and scaled-up three start-ups at different junctures & implemented new-aged HR strategies to meet & enhance exceptional people experience. He has diverse experience working in IT/ITES, Automobile, Consulting & Retail sectors focusing on consumer tech-start-up side.
