Costs

Tuition for those participating in Sound Company for 2023-24:

• • Full 2023-2024 season commitment

    • $150 for Pre-K/Kindies and 1st graders  (No discount available)

    • $350 for Toos ($50 discount available if full tuition is paid in advance)

    • $450 for  upper elementary, middle school, and high school (Junior and Senior Groups); ($50 discount available if full tuition is paid in advance by Nov. 1st).

Costume/Uniform

• • All elementary girls, middle school and high school boys – all black long sleeve dress shirt, black pants, black socks, all black shoes

  • Middle school and high school girls - hose, proper undergarments, 1 ½ in black character shoes (dresses provided)

Tuition helps cover the nearly $30,000 in annual expenses that Sound Company incurs to pay the salaries for our fabulous directors, for music,  insurance, facility donations, show costs such as lighting, video, sound, musicians, backdrops, costumes, and props.

Tuition Options

Tuition can be paid via check, cash, or PayPal.  Monthly payments may only be made via PayPal unless other arrangements have been made with the treasurer.

• Check or cash can be given to a Sound Company board member at rehearsal

• Mail a check to Sound Company, P.O. Box 6846, Oak Ridge, TN 37831 (Please put your child's name and group on your check, cashier's check, or money order)

• Pay online using PayPal via the site menu under "Tuition" (an online transaction fee will be added) 

Tuition Policy

Participation in Sound Company is full school-year commitment for the 2023-2024 season.

Tuition is due at the beginning of regular rehearsals in August (payment plans are available) and must be paid no later than November 30th.

Please contact the treasurer if special arrangements need to be made. No refunds will be given if a student withdraws.

If you set up automatic monthly payments through PayPal, your first payment must be made no later than one month after rehearsals begin for the season. If tuition is not paid by December 1st, performers will not be allowed to participate in remaining rehearsals or concerts.
