FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS

All tickets are personalized and non-refundable. However, they can be transferred to another person up to 7 days prior to the event. If you want to exchange the name on a ticket, please contact us directly. Also, in exceptional cases, we try to find a solution directly with you, so if you have any questions, please don’t hesitate to let us know! 

If you’re considering taking over a ticket from someone else, make sure to contact us directly to be sure the ticket is legitimate. 

To be sure it’s not a scam, do not buy tickets from someone online without checking with us first.

For transfers, please observe the following conditions:

• Find somebody who wants to take over your ticket 

• Request transfer via email (soulzouk.bonn@wgmail.com) with both the new and the old ticket holder in the loop

• Transfer is confirmed after written confirmation to both of you

• Note: Both persons in the exchange must take the same dance role

If SZF is sold out, you can still sign up and we will put you on the waiting list. Often, life gets in the way and some spots become available last minute again. We distribute spots in the order the registrations came in. 

Make sure you don't transfer any money until you get a confirmation that a spot opened up for you, though!
