The Soul purpose of SoulWard Development is to rebuild the foundation of men who have previously struggled with the disease of addiction. To assist and provide the tools of healing the soul in order to maintain a life without drugs and/or alcohol; to create a life worth living a life knowing God. Creating a circle of support, living with others who understand where you've been and where you are now are some reasons that sober living homes work. Transitioning back into a life without drugs is and can be a challenging one, I know. Old habits, attachments, and familiar places die hard. I personally sponsor each resident in the home. I also assist in spiritual building, job search, some occasional work and volunteer opportunities.

Glenn's Story
My name is Glenn Moore and I am an addict; a recovering addict and a believer in God. I was born and raised in Chicago, Illinois; and spent most of my adult life in Milwaukee, WI. With the help of many souls along my journey of drugs, theft, and many other crimes while in active addiction; I have recovered and continue to recover. Had it not been for the support of my family, friends, sponsors, the program and most importantly GOD I would not be where I am today. I have recently decided to serve my community in the way that helped me turn my life around and bring the help that Milwaukee gave me to Nebraska/Iowa. From a place of God, tough love, and understanding I have founded "SoulWard Development - Men's Recovery and Sober Living."
