Over the past 20+ years as a social worker (Masters level) in private practice, I've had the priviledge of helping many souls navigate life's struggles via phone and zoom sessions. Work in the form of pondering, journaling, reading, experiencing homework that is customized for you based on what we do in our one hour session.
